Rieger Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a 90-proof bourbon crafted with innovation and precision. Unlike most distilleries using sour mash, we embrace sweet mash fermentation for a smoother, more flavorful whiskey. Our unique two-step distillation process—using both pot and column stills—enhances mouthfeel and depth. Aged at least four years in our Kansas City rickhouse, the result is a rich, well-balanced, and approachable bourbon.
